Your employer participated in a project to promote diversity and flexibility funded by the ESF of the Czech Republic under the OPZ+ programme. In cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MLSA), the project is investigating how the project has helped you as an employee in terms of improving working conditions, including, among other things, enabling better reconciliation of work and personal/family life, opening up opportunities for career growth and professional development, or preventing discrimination in the workplace.
We ask you to fill in an anonymous questionnaire that will take no more than 10-15 minutes.
The MoLSA will process your completed questionnaire collectively with the questionnaires from other research participants. Your answers are protected against misuse; neither your supervisor, nor your colleagues, nor any other unauthorized persons have access to them.
